It is with great humility and excitement that I am writing this book using God’s Holy Word as my Guide. The reason I am writing this book is to help, educate, teach, and make others aware of eating better, cooking smarter, acquiring a healthier lifestyle, and using natural, clean herbs, supplements, and essential oils. I have spent countless hours researching, reading, and using reliable resources.
We are to take care of our bodies using Godly wisdom. There are several foods that God gave us to eat and enjoy. They are Fish, Raw Honey, Olives/Olive oil, Sprouted Grains/Bread, Goat’s Milk/Cheese, Fruit, Vegetables, Spices/Seasonings, Herbs, Beans/Lentils, and Nuts. Many of these are healing to the body. I eat, take, and use many of these foods, herbs, supplements, and essential oils in my life right now. I will continue to use them because I see their positive benefits every day. What a great Blessing from the Lord. Wow!
